  3. I sincerely pray it continues going down, people are really passing through a very difficult time.
Prices of goods and commodities going through the roof every week.
Please we need a respite from it All, and soon too.
    Nice directives from CBN.

    1. If you are not daft, you will know that this change is artificial. Reduction in the price of forex outside normal market forces of demand and supply cannot change anything in the long run. The economy is declining, foreign debt is rising, foreign reserves depleted and the price and relevance of crude oil is dropping by the day. So please dont be deceived by regulatory manipulations. Thanks and remain blessed.

  8. I asked all my banks today if I can buy dollars and put in my domiciliary account but they said no. Only if I get PTA or BTA. Like I can't walk in and buy dollars like I do with Aboki, so there's no need. I want to send dollars to someone in Abroad and then buy and leave in my domiciliary account so I can use in a few days when I travel. Must it be through aboki

  9. Nothing good lasts in Nigeria. In less than 3 months we move to N600 to 1$. Hedge against Nigeria and you will be ok. This is the best time to store US$ if you have the means.

  10. Due to the high level of corruption in Nigeria, you kill one cabal, another cabal takes over. Now that they have killed BDC, bank employees will be the new cabal. Good luck getting the dollar when you need it. They will create artificial scarcity unless you want to buy at unofficial rate by "connection". Them we are back to square one.

  11. Come back and tell us the rates by the first week of September. The dollar index is expected to rise from now till next year and that will definitely crush the naira. If you have the means, buy up dollars now.

  12. Hmm this your info here is wrong and misleading. Did you mean to say dollar now sells for 515 down from 524? Not 415????

    1. Very misleading. It is still selling above N500 today at Abuja.
