I have suffered for sleepless nights for a long time but recently I learnt on this blog that melatonin is good for sleep.i have been using it for a week now and i have been sleeping like a baby.i don't know if there is a negative effect in the long run though
ReplyDeletePlease DO NOT use for long. Migraines,weight gain and anxiety are some of its side effects to some people, if used over a period of time. Google the many adverse effects from its use.
