    When you can't choose or control your circumstances, you can still decide how you'll respond to them. Paul was in prison when he wrote, 'Rejoice in the Lord always' (Philippians 4:4 NKJV). We're addressing those who have a perpetually pessimistic outlook on life and talk negatively most of the time. This is serious stuff! 'Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit' (Proverbs 18:21 NKJV). That means you can talk yourself to death or talk yourself to life. This is scriptural truth!
    We don't always recognise when we're engaging in negative self-talk, because it's habit forming. We unconsciously develop a compromised view of ourselves when we constantly think and say things like, 'I'm such a loser,' or 'This is too hard; why even try?' We settle for defeat when, with a few minor attitude adjustments, we could open the door to amazing possibilities. The worst part of negative self-talk is that we don't just limit ourselves; we limit God (see Psalm 78:41).
    As his redeemed child, there resides within you the power to think better, talk better and do better. 'Does the Bible say that?' you ask. Yes, Paul says, 'To him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us...be glory...forever' (Ephesians 3:20-21 NKJV). It's time to draw a line in the sand and declare, 'Whatever God says about me, I will say too!' And here's a great verse to get you started: 'I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength' (Philippians 4:13 NLT).

      There are supplements targeted solely for detox (frozen detox,wink fibre and so on), but you needn't have to take those. You can blend ginger, greens (spinach, ugu leaves...), mint leaves, a few drops of lemon juice and coconut water (or ordinary water). Drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and last thing before you call it a night. Also, drink more of infused water (water infused overnight with lemon, Cucumber, mint leaves and so on), as these have been proven to help your body in flushing out toxins.

    One afternoon, I went for a walk with a friend in the suburbs. Suddenly, an old man in tattered clothes approached with a bag of green vegetables in his hand. The sales of those vegetables are very poor, the leaves were dehydrated and yellow, and there were holes in them that are bitten by insects. But my friend bought three bags without saying a word. The old man embarrassedly explained: "I grew this vegetable myself. It rained a while ago, and the vegetable were soaked. They look ugly. I'm sorry.
    After the old man left,
    I asked my friend: Will you really eat these vegetables when you go home? He said no.These
    vegetables can no longer be eaten. Then why are you buying? Because it is impossible for anyone to buy those vegetables.
    If I don't buy it, the old man will probably have no income. I admire my friend's good deeds, so I caught up with the old man and bought some vegetables from him too. The old man said very happily, "I been trying to sell them all day, and only you are willing to buy it. Thank you so much. You have put food on the table for me and my family.

      You might not be safe. I just noticed that I ovulate 2 days after my period. I flow for 5 days and on the 7 I notice that slimy clear mucus(you should understand what it means). Next time please use a condom.

      On a good day you are safe but no lady has the same menstrual cycle so you may not be safe on the other hand..I think it is imperative that you calculate your ovulation cycle..You can install some apps like Flo that can help you calculate them..

      In the meantime please use protective measures and be very careful

      Please take your pills, dont mind people saying you are safe without finding out about your cycle. Every lady has her own cycle. i ovulate immediately after my period. if i have sex 7days immediately after my period, e dey enter but after then i am safe. Mind you i see my period after 24 days.
