Wednesday In House News..

  Hmmmmm...

IN HOUSE MEMO

I no get anything to talk today!...You get? Oya do your own in house memo nah!

****************************************************************************

INSIDE THE MIND OF A WOMAN GOING THROUGH MOTHERHOOD.

Growing up I used to tell any one who cared to listen that I was going to have four kids and adopt eleven making a total of fifteen. I was really convinced it would happen.

I had a book I wrote my plans, the size of the house we would all live in, the kind of buses we would buy etc. I would tell any guy coming around me my plans and if they had issues with adoption I would let them go. I am older now and I don’t even want four kids but I still hope I would be able to adopt the number of kids I want.

I don’t want eleven again, instead I would like to adopt a whole orphanage, like someone owns the orphanage and is responsible for the running but I completely finance the children’s needs and pay for everything they require.

I would like to visit very often, give them my surname if necessary and when they are old enough to be on their own, I would like to give them everything they need to be self sufficient.

Making people happy, makes me happy. I would really like to make major difference in my world, be the reason someone can have hope again.

I really think that a man’s success is not measured by material acquisition but in the number of lives the person has been able to impact. The world is a terrible place, I would like to do my best in making it a better place. I would like to be a channel of God’s love, power and mercy.

Nice one...Start small by going to these Orphanages to support them before you finally adopt them.... please keep us updated on this oh....

NAZIRITES INK

My daughter and I were on a trip to a nearby town and whilst on the journey, she began to sing a popular gospel Yoruba song.

The driver heard her and was very impressed, all the people in the car were and, they asked how old she was and marveled when I replied she's 3.

They mentioned how important it is to sensor kiddies materials, asked if she was a Pastor's daughter and so on.. It was fun, we had a really good time throughout the journey, when we alighted, the driver gifted her a #20 note.

On getting home, I kept pondering over what transpired. She earned the money because she was singing a song that probably ministered to the spiritual need of the driver, he wouldn't stop singing it. It occurred to me, had it been the driver intended to part with a bigger amount, clearly, she would have gotten it.

It reminds of the recent story of the girl that was written a #500k check because she was calm when she was splashed with dirty water.

It is time to start living right, miracle money does exist, I have been a recipient   many times, possible to enter into the labour of another without breaking a sweat, all on the platform of doing the right thing at the right time, inclusive, always command high favor upon your life.

If ever under a strong pressure to speak, speak! lest you leave the scene and regret you didn't, know when to hold back also and be glad you did. Never be caught doing the wrong things in life.

My kid acted like a kid but what she did was pleasant, courtesy of a good home training and positive environment. If it fetched her #20, It could have been more, and it could have been you.

I dont Understand some parts of your writeup and you did not say which song she sang so that i can compare it with another three year old girl singing cartoon or lullaby songs.

No be by song abeg

WHO KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THIS?

Guys there is a house plan I am currently seeing now and I want to try it out but I don't know if anyone is privy to it.

I need the input of anyone who has an idea. You will buy the house for the normal amount that the particular house is being sold everywhere but it will be on lease for some years like 20 years then you will give it back. but the owners says you can rent it out and make profit but after 20 years it is no longer yours. please who knows about this? Come to my rescue before I pay for the house. is it legit? because I do not want to put my money on a bad venture and carry out a wrong investment.

Some one is saying why don't the owners rent out the house themselves and make profit instead of selling it to others and telling those who they lease it to rent it out?

Is this not scam?

    1. Good afternoon Miss Ess.

House leasing is the new norm.
People lease out a whole building because they need bulk money from it.. They repossess the house after the years of agreement has expired..

Rentals doesn't give bulk cash especially where the building is co-owned by too many siblings.

You should make sure that the building is good shape.. If it's an old model, you will need to upgrade it. Tiles and electrical parts are not cheap.

If they have tenants still occupying the building, ask very well perhaps they already collected rent and you will bear the cost of refunding the tenants and giving them time to pack out..

Make sure that the rent you will set for the house will make profit after your investment..
If you have stubborn tenants, you may lose from delayed rents and court cases.. It's not easy being a landlord..
Nepa bill should be put into consideration before PHCN will mark the building as heavy debtor..

You will surely spend but calculate very well if it's worth your effort and money.

  5. Anonymous, that is pure leasing and not selling to you. Leasing is a business plan acceptable here in the country. It's up to you to decide if it's what you want for yourself. I've a friend that build a flat in a little portion of land that already have a bigger building. The arrangement was that, after 10years he will start paying rent and he accepted.

    It's all about choice.

  10. The person making inquiry about house, and hats another form of business that has been in existence. In the olden days, it was land that was used to transact like that. After the agreed number of years, the owners take it back. It’s up to you to do whatever you want with it but at the agreed time, you hands off and return it. I guess it has progressed to houses. Just do your findings to be sure it’s theirs. They are leasing it to you so be sure to have the authentic documents and signatures. If possible involve a lawyer and get them to bring a lawyer also. The property is yours to do what you like in the next 20years. It is obvious you are in a better position to handle it than them. Not everyone has business acumen. Some are born to create while others are born to bring the creation to life.

Please involve a lawyer and do your findings. Goodluck ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ.

    2. @white,yes getting a lawyer is ok,but lawyers won't value the property, they won't understand the stages of the property all they are after is the legal documents...do u now that the leasor will have to renovate the property before it revert back to the owner? what if it's a property that after leasing u start to spend good amount of money on before leasing again, and maybe after 20yrs u realize it was not a profitable business..there are professional for this.

As an estate surveyor,it is business,it called lease and the leasor"it's an estate term, why not get estate agent to value the property for u before u pay,so u know how much u are gaining in 20years term.. please consider location, state of property, increase in rent, future amendment etc, what stage is the property now?, newly built, middle life,or old stage, any renovation, the owner might need urgent money why he's leasing the property out.. please don't do it alone get a professional.

  22. IHN is here. I also want to become a humanitarian. Few days ago, I called a friend and told him of my plans of doing a humanitarian service. He said it was good and asked if I have sponsors. I was very sad, my answer was NO, not yet. He just said I should focus on other things for now. Honestly I wish I have enough money now to start up one. No time is late though, I believe one day I'd be able to actualize my dreams. I hate to see people suffer although I also have my own battles.
Back then in the secondary school, I took a news paper my father gave me to school and started reading it during break time. I got to a page where a blind girl was interviewed. She was a very brilliant girl from a poor home, she was struck by a stick which blinded one of her eyes. Later on, the other one she was managing became covered with that whitish stuff ( have forgotten the name). She had to stop going to school and there was no money for an eye operation. She was crying while interviewed that she really wanted to go back to school.
God, I cried that I didn't know when the news paper was soaked with tears. My friend was just looking at, me confused. That incident didn't leave my memory untill some months past. I keep praying that one day, I'll be the reason for someone out there to keep pushing. One day I'll put smile on people's faces, I'll be an inspiration and a motivation and also a role model. Shalom.
