Hmmmmm! This reminds me of our office retreat back then! We are all encouraged to speak about the shortcomings in the office and the management so that they can "improve". After the retreat, the
ReplyDeletevocal ones were hounded until they resigned or were sacked outrightly. After that, everyone locked up.
