    3. Most times I try to take control of my emotions but sometimes like now, I get really really pissed, let it off my chest by talking to the source then proceed to distract myself with other things. Most adults evade real talk, I wonder why and see that behaviour as childish.

    4. If I am angry, like really really angry... I start to clean up the house whether it was clean or not. Once my kids or siblings see me bring down my clothes from the hanger, scatter the whole house with clothes and then fold them all over, they know I'm deeply pissed. That's when I clean, scrub and all

Once I'm done with the general house re arrangement, trust me I'm cool

  18. After reacting, it's only a matter of time and the anger will disappear.

But how do I stop myself from reacting when someone dear to me offends me? Most times, when I assume something, I talk, I react and it's beginning to annoy someone I like so much. If I don't talk, that assumption won't leave, it won't disappear.

  31. For a first attempt, I ignore the person cos I don't know what might be wrong, or transferred aggression. But if the person push it further when I am calm , I cure the anger in the person, and he/ she will know there's no monopoly in anger. But if the person calms down with my gentle nature, I let it go. I hardly get angry , I can be provoked by the same person many times that the person sees it as his / her entitlement to provoke me. But when I get ,it turns to Hiroshima
