You fought a strong fight against Peritoneal cancer, holding onto God’s words and his promises. Even on your hardest days, you'd say, "I'm just having a no hair day." I wish your life had been easier. You had to endure a lot of pain for us.
It is an irreparable loss which has created a vacuum that cannot be filled. You were not only my mother but also my sister, best friend, and prayer partner. Do you know some people don’t know when they were born and some actually reduce their ages? I know people older than my mom (she’s 61) that just celebrated their 55th, 58th and 60th birthdays. So her mom’s age isn’t really a determinant of her age.

ReplyDeleteI lost my mum few months ago. And every day I get to remember the moment and long calls we shared together. I don't even think I will ever get over it.
And the most painful part is that I lost her to diabetics few days after I discovered I was preggy. So sad!!!
May the soul of her mum and all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace.
