    2. So you also watch the MMM series.
I started disliking what the scriptwriter did with the Marion character. Making it seem like a girl is supposed to be ashamed of her virginity status.
By the way, Ikechukwu is a damn good actor. I fell in love with him in the Little Black Book series

    1. Was it the movie she was rejecting her suitors because they were poor?

    2. Hi Paris, hope you are doing good.
I tuned in to the chanel about 15mins to the end.I started where Tana was in bed ,a man was dressing up and gave her an envelope with money she asked him when will he come and see her mum that she can't wait to be his wife, the man said he will call her and they will talk about it and he also can't wait to be her husband, next scene tana was sitting beside her mum calling the man whose number wasn't going through, her mum kept asking her where is the man, next scene she was crying with her two friends beside her, next scene she was alone in deep thought that she can't be a mother as the so called man has used her womb for rituals, they they showed flash back of when she was rejecting different suitors ,after that she said to her self someday she will adopt as she regrets her actions. The end.

    6. I watched it too and they are now showing one kind movie like that.
Anyways, her two friends got married to the suitors she rejected. Her sister got married to the man she was rude to and had earlier discouraged her sister about.
She ended up being used by one dubious man like that that took her womb. I stood up for a call at the point she was lamenting her life.
When I got back,na this movie them dey show now.

  17. I went to tbe market todau when i suddenly saw a women selling wide elastic belts popularly called abortion belt.
I was 16 and very innocent, i was living with my step mum and dad and boy those times were hell for me.
The only kind person i had was an ajebutter lady opposite our house who sends me on small errands, buys me tissue paper, sanitary towels, deodorant, underwear and sometimes gives me her old clothes as no one cared about me.
One day she called me and gave me a number of dresses, shoes, jeans and this particular wide belt which i wore with one of lovely dresses she gave me to my step mum's sister's party.
Long story short, after working with the cooks, i changed into the dress but i was beaten black and blue by her family till i defecated cos dey accused me of bn pregnant and i was using the belt for abortion!

BVs , i didn't even know what abortion meant back in 1990. I was taken back to my dad's village in Osun state to leave with his mother.

I ran away to lagos years later and sold pure water during the day and cooked in a canteen from 3am to 7am daily in balogun market (i slept there every night).

Until one day when i saw my kind aunty ajebutter on broad street traffic, she found it difficult recognising me cos of the years of suffering had dealt with me.

I flung my pure water bowl and hopped into her car. It took me weeks to adjust into sleeping properly and months into getting myself. She got me a turor to brush me up and i started school again, proceeded to university.

Today i am doing my own thing and very successful, i have a lovely family and have made aunty ajebutter a grandmother of 3.

I bought the So called abortion belt.......to reflect and thank God for using this belt to change my life. Iya Bose and baami, i forgive you

It ended with Tana regretting all her actions and recalling all her mother used to tell her about the men she turned down. She really was choosy and nasty.

    10. Metoyou, thanks for the eHugs and I will be careful as I’ve always been, really don’t know how I lost my balance and slipped.

Mstee, Amen! Thank you so much.

Mimi love, Amen. Thank you for the kind words. My hubby literally cried when the CTG monitor showed baby’s heart rate. We were TTC for almost 2 years, placed on the waiting list for IVF (covid affected treatment slots), but conceived by God’s divine intervention and then this happened at almost the finish line!

Genius Vincent, thank you and God bless thee.

Candy, thou art sweet. Thank God indeed!! I shall rest as much as I can.

      Mom Ella, thank you.

Anon 22:19, I agree it could have been worse. But thank God for his mercy!
