According to Daily post the court room of the Federal High Court in Abuja where the arraignment is scheduled to hold has been flooded with documentary evidence to be tendered against Kanu by the Government.
Also electronic equipment comprising various cameras have been brought to court and are being inspected by the lead counsel to the Federal Government, Mr Shuaib Magaji Labaran.
Although Kanu is yet to be brought into the court room, his lawyers led by Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, have taken their seats waiting for the arrival of their client.
Family members of Kanu, including a nursing mother have taken their seats.
A representative of the British High Commissioner billed to watch the trial for the United Kingdom has also been allowed into the court room.

Case has been adjourned till 16th of February 2022.... Today's outing was a fruitful one. Kanu won 1Bilion at the federal high court Umuahia against the government as a compensation for the violations of his human rights.

The government stand no chance to win in this case. The best they will come up with, is to continue frustrating this case from being heard.
Truth be told, Kanu has sophisticated lawyers doing a beautiful job for him. He will walk out of this case a free man. Going through the charges, you will find out that they were the charges threw out by Justice Binta Nyako in 2017. I don't know the recycle bin Malami went and picked it up and present before the court again in a desperate bid to keep frustrating the court. Almost the fifteen charges are the same thing. You charge a man of terrorism whom only crime is seeking for self determination. Isn't Nigeria a signatory to UN chartered Acts that encourages self determination? So how is it a crime if a region decides to exercise that constitutional and fundamental rights?
