ReplyDeleteThe bank may be right, but how did they make such a determination without a medical report from a doctor. This is a lesson for people in general. We should think twice when making decisions with our money and investments because if we find ourselves in a such a position, we could loose everything to corporations.

ReplyDeleteLol, go and read about the American guardianship. It is broad day robbery where anyone can decide you are mentally incapacitated and file to take over your money. Older people are the most victims and some scammers do this and start embezzling the money. How someone that is unrelated to you can lay claim over your money is madness. If Wendy decides to blow her money, it is hers. Google banks especially BOA has done to people through this daylight 'theifry'
