ReplyDeleteFalse false false... EFCC serves you with a bail condition, once it is met, you are free to go but you sure will be reporting to their office any time you are asked to while investigation continues
DeleteYou cannot even keep someone for more than 24 hours unless there is a remand warrant from the court
Say what you know please, you don't expect EFCC to keep him forever... We are humans and we have rights✌️
I don't understand why you guys which evil on peeps doing very well. He is released as long as he is not guilty simple. This man is not convicted so why won't he be released? Stay there and be waiting to here he is in jail just to soothe your poverty state!
