    1. Try DANG products, they're quite pricy but, very effective

      Delete
    2. What I'd recommend for price friendly products would depend on how low your budget is. Let's assume it's super super low:
      1. Dudu osun or extract calamansi-papaya soap about 600naira
2 RDL Baby face cucumber cleanser use by applying with cotton wool about 800 naira
      3. Acnevit serum, this serum isn't very easy to find, check Kudicosmetics for it and is the only item that can cost a little more but it lasts up to a month. 3700
      4. Nixoderm round can.
Use them in the order I listed them morning and night. Don't use nixoderm at morning though. 400
      Very important BE CONSISTENT
Apply on face and neck. Take vitamins and fish oil daily.

    3. Use glycerin as a facial cleanser morning and night

    1. If your teeth is naturally yellow leave it like that . If it’s stained try activated charcoal powder it works. Or mix bicarbonate of soda with water like toothpaste consistency and brush 2times a week

      Delete
    2. Charcoal. Tested and trusted on my son, infact it even takes away plaque if you have it. Grind it to a fine powder, then use your toothbrush to touch the powder and brush ur teeth thoroughly with it. Afterwards you can brush your teeth the way you normally do, with toothpaste.

    3. Anon 14:35 you mean charcoal from firewood?

    8. What kind of wetness? There’s a type caused by bacterial infection, that one you’ll just be watery; it’s whitish and may have an offensive odor, that’s the one that makes that place wide during sex. The real wetness is clear(sometimes whitish when it mixes with vaginal discharge) and also stretchy and odorless. That one can never make you wide, in fact, it makes sex sweeter. If you belong to the first category(I am sure you do), go get yourself tested and treated for bacterial infection.

      Delete
    9. I am also always so wet that my husband complains that I am too wide. Then I also tell him to go increase his penis lol. Anyway, if I don't want to get too wet, we don't engage in Long foreplay.

If you can buy from a dozen upwards, price will slash well then you make more profit..

Those T-shirts sold for 8k standard boutique price are between 3k to 4k5 there..

Please make sure the soybeans, groundnut and dried fish are well roast before grinding to powder. Add to all baby's foods. You can mix with the company or pap or just with milk.
About eggs, ALWAYS boil or fry eggs. NEVER give RAW eggs to kids or even adults. There's a high risk of getting infected with bacteria that coukd be present in raw eggs. These bacteria are killed off by cooking as they are thermophobic.

    5. Anon about the pain in your buttocks. Did you see a gynecologist about it? Or you just went to the lab.
I ask because one time after I had my baby, I had this intense and sharp pain that used to strike in my Anusara and the pelvic area. Lasts maybe 1 minute max.
Dr gave me antibiotics. Didn't stop and I was referred to a gynecologist. I was asked to do a scan. Nothing except trapped fecal matter and gas or so.
Was given meds yet nothing. The gynecologist called his colleage. Another gynecologist and the man asked me to lay down and did an anal swab with his fingers whilst wearing gloves and flied his hands with KY jelly. And the pain stopped!!!
My baby was younger than 6 months then.
I'm not giving a prescription but please see gynecologist and even stylishly mention my case as a friend to give a hint.
The gynecologist saud my perineal and pelvmuscles were contracted and having spasms after the baby. I had CS o. So it's not about vaginally delivery alone.
So he performed the swab to relax and set the areas right.
It was painful but the whole pain stopped. No meds except stool softners to make it easy and not stress the muscles there till they relax as they should. And they did.
