    1. Lord please send angels to their rescue ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ I think houses should be evaluated before people start living in them. This will also make people more careful when building. Cutting corners is cutting lives.

  6. I read a news recently where they asked people to move out of some parts of Ebutte meta because the buildings are old and weak with cracks. I trust Nigerians to stubbornly remain there and keep buying cars and jewelries in the ghetto

  11. The best way to help save lives in such a situation is to stay away so that rescue units can gain access to do their work. We complain so much about the government but how really do we act towards fellow Nigerians?

What good are the lazy youths gathered around the place doing for those fighting for their lives? It is not until you do giveaway before you are seen as contributing positively. You don't have to be the one to make this story trend online: there's press for that. Just hello the dying and endangered by keeping your distance.

    1. They need to tighten building regulations and enforcement not just in Lagos, but all over the nation. Also the Standards Organisation of Nigeria has to be more active in evaluating building materials being sold, manufactured and imported. These incidences are becoming more common place and that is alarming.

  13. A building collapse two weeks ago in my neighborhood and instead of them to access the whole building, na so I pass there this week and I saw that they have already patched the side that collapsed. And the decking is wood o, not iron
May God have mercy on us ๐Ÿ™
