Can you create a perfect Breakfast? What would it contain?
Up there is mashed avocado pear on toast bread, it is so yummy and healthy and you can add anything you want to it.... Try it out and thank me later.
Foodstuff and grocery is more expensive all over the World now because of the Ukraine war, so if you must eat, eat less and healthy.
Today i am having mashed avocado pear on toasted bread, will put some honey in the avocado mix and sprinkle chia seeds on it..... Peppermint tea will go well with this or coffee with almond vanilla milk.
Enjoy whatever you are eating and make sure you eat less......... (Keep thinking you want to be as slim as Eniola)
Just water will do for now. Then moimoi later.
ReplyDeleteI don't know why I don't enjoy the moimoi made by me no matter what's inside. I love it when someone else makes it.

Have the recipes I post being useful for anyone at all? Should I drop moinmoin recipe, with the hack on peeling beans?
Please post your recipe o.. my moi moi always ends up looking like soaked garri. I don't know what I'm not doing
Delete@10:03 when you say soaked gari, something comes to mind, and that is the beans not being cooked all round.
DeleteOne way to stop that is to ensure the water in the pot is boiling before putting in the moi-moi. Also don’t over-load the pot so the ‘very hot’ steam can get to all the moi-moi packs. If cooking a big pot, halfway through, you may need to switch the top and bottom halves of the pot.
Another thing is to check the water you put in, not too much. You may need to watch you tube to see the consistency you are going for.
One last thing is hope you don’t use fresh tomatoes? It makes the moi moi brittle.
Hope this helps.
Mystic
Hehehehehe so lets all gather here and vote for Moinmoin. Nice campaign. ππ
