    1. It depends on your hair texture and the hair products you are using.
Yes it will be neat and it will look nice, you can use edge control for the braids.

    7. Arike, I have super soft hair. So much so that, it is the reason my stylist refused me locing my hair. She said, the hair would break/cut. I use Mediana products.
Khalessi, I haven't retouched my hair since January. Formerly, I retouch, say, twice a year. I didn't cut my hair. I just allowed the relaxed part to be falling off or should I say, shrinking with time (don't really know right words to use). Then, I always plait my hair(and wear wigs when going out), so I can wash regularly and use leave in conditioner on it.

    8. 13:49, if the people you pay are good at it, you can learn from them. Just pick one that is very good and discuss with him or her. You can increase his or her pay.
It will afford you the opportunity of still running your business while learning, you won't have to close it down. Closing down your business to go and learn elsewhere will affect it,you will lose customers and will have to employ new staff when you come me back on.

please do not close down your business cos you do not have idea of the business. Learn from your staff except you carry shoulder high. Bring yourself down and learn from the one that is good.

You can learn from all your workers there is nothing wrong about your staff teaching you the job since you do not have ideal. Since you have passion you for this business you will learn in no time.

You can also register to learn the business somewhere and do additional learning from your workers to improve.

    12. Anon 13:48. Try idol soap. The white one.

Anon 13:49. You don't have to close your shop or learn from those you are paying. Register or contact someone that knows the business very well. Agree on a particular time of the day when you know you are less busy in the shop. It can be two or three hours a day or on Saturdays. While learning from the outside, you put an eye on your employee who knows better than you and learn from him or her codedly without them knowing you are learning from them. You will retain your respect as the boss

You might have athlete foot or some fungal infection...Once when having your bath, wash between your toes and also wipe dry in between your toes...Make sure your foot is well dried before putting on your shoes or socks...Make sure you always air your feet as well

      Delete
    2. Elsewhere, I don't wear socks and cover shoes every weekday. I only wear sock to bed. No, I don't have athletes foot or some fungal infections. If I did, trust me, I would have stated it. In between my toes are always dried. Always. Moreover, it is not "in between my toes that itches me", it is "the top of the smallest toe of my right foot". You understand now?

Or you buy the current trending nail treatment ALL ABOUT FOOT.

    4. Hi @14:04,running a business you know nothing about is a recipe for disaster..

If your workers know more than you who owns the biz,the wrong set will so use you and establish themselves cos they will be siphoning money right under you and still confuse you on top..

It's later you will be hearing that your worker(s) has bought 2 plots of land and started foundation for building😀😀..

No jokes, this was what sent my neighbour back to his village at Aba,very long gist..his boys were selling and keeping empty cartons in the shop so Oga thought all was well until later..

My advice, close down the biz temporarily and go learn the trade at least for six to eight months from someone good in that biz..

Humble yourself, learn the process, the means justifies the end..

Many masters good in his/her craft was once an apprentice..

      Hope this helps..

Some who give money as bonus pay it alongside the salary, while those who give foodstuff and more pay the salary then on the last day of work;the Groceries are shared and everyone goes home happy after the closing party for the line..

    2. There is no disease that is not curable , with orthodox medicine it is not possible but with herbs it is ,
Every health issue has a root cause , it is the root cause that herbs deal with. For your question it is reversible 100% , but you need to see a very good Natureparth, depending on the type 1 or 2 , they will give you food plan , herbs , exercise plan ( depend on your body) it may take 4, 6, 8 is a process to rebuild your body back . So don't expect miracles overnight the day you discover you have diabetes is not the day it stated it may be 4 or 5 yrs before you discover. You can get carrot , spinach juicy them not blend because you need the juicy drink it daily 1st in the morning.
