  4. I always say night food is the killer. Don't eat after 6pm except light fruits like orange and you'd be fine. As for exercise, walking around to chase the kids or putting things together is more than enough for me

  5. I love that fullness that comes with giving birth. I wouldn't want to lose it biko. Let my stomok just remain in shape and I'm good.

  8. Nothing.I didn't really changed much while pregnant and within 6weeks everything was back to normal.

    2) Registered in a gym and was focused and regular.

  10. I didn't add much during and after pregnancy so no big difference.
    Na only stomach remain, but then again I didn't exactly have a flat tummy even before I got pregnant so we good, we will manage the little fold like that.
