  5. Reuben should shut up! He was a shill for the same politicians in the immediate past government. He didn't find his voice when dame patience was traveling all over the place for cosmetic surgery. He didn't find his voice when billions of dollars were stolen from the treasury to fund his principals re-election. He was an active supporter of some of the purveyors of some of the rot in Nigeria.
Let no one pull wool over our eyes. Dont benefit from the system and then when you are no more benefiting, you suddenly find your voice and your morals. That's double standard.

    1. Not true. He was part of G. Jonathan Presidency. The most careless and wasteful government. So he has no right to condemn anyone

  7. Going to Chatham House to speak should not be seen as nonsense. It is necessary as it opens the kind of leaders Nigerians want to vote for to the world. Also, there are a large community of Nigerians in the UK and abroad, so it is important to give them a platform to hear you speak about your polices and plan for their country. 'Nigeria as it is today doesnt have such an establishment that can attract world leaders to its shores to discuss politics and other issues bedeviling the world. US president, Joe Biden and other European leaders were at Chatham house too before they became leaders of their countries too. Abati just wanted to rant.

    1. What progressive impact has Chatham House done for Nigeria since they started visiting them from inception?

  8. But, in 2015, Dr Abati's principal and party at the time challenged the present president to a debate at this same Chatham house.

Politicians only wake up once they are no longer governing.

    1. I will take this from anyone but not from sellout Reuben. He has sold his opinion relating to any government in power because he was part of Jonathan regime that not only the president and his cabinet but his wife was not only wasteful but also corrupt

  13. UK itself is facing its worse cost of living existential crisis and can barely find itself with all sectors on strike. Colonialism never ended, it’s the British that imposed Fulanis for their own interest but now the firm of colonialism is the incurable one.

Abati used to have my respect until he sold out and got his own estacodes under PDP! Nigeria needs a complete overhaul of its ruling elites and a reeducation campaign like Chairman Mao did in China to have an enlightened and educated citizenry. Mental colonization is incurable and it’s what Nigerians as a whole suffer from. They steal and invest in job producing manufacturing in other countries when their loot could have been invested at least to generate jobs for their victims. No, Western, Japanese and US presidents do not go compliantly beseeching Chatham house. The visits to Chatham is to reassure the colonialists that they won’t upset them or restructure the country or even facilitate the peaceful dismantling of the British contraption of by Lugard. No US president goes to the UK like a servant, Biden recently summoned all African leaders to the White House like a school principal after Britain humiliated them with a school bus ride at their Queen’s funeral last year!

The main issue is who to trust among the talkers and journalists like Abati, Keyamo etc. Nigeria needs a revolutionary leader to fix it. Democracy is not for every country, China grew from nothing to a world power without western style Democracy!

  14. Uncle Abati when it was your turn, you did not talk. You are a part of the illness and the rot. Abeg Ferme ta bouche. Close your mouth.
