Breakfast because I've been on intermittent fasting. I eat around 11am/12am. I have my dinner by 6pm. It has helped me with my weight ALOT.
ReplyDeleteI don't take breakfast and Dinner. Just Lunch. But if I'm to skip one, it will be Dinner. I love sleeping very light

ReplyDeleteI have NEVER had breakfast in more than 10yrs. Only coffee in the morning. Unless when I visit Nigeria, where I still like to eat one of my favs local (tush) mama put. And that’s like 5 years ago.

Breakfast, I don't just do breakfast. Even my little 3yrs niece don't eat before leaving the house, had tried severally to make her eat before leaving the house but she couldn't adjust. Hope it's ok for her?

ReplyDeleteI don't eat dinner and my body is so used to it that if I mistakenly eat anything after 6pm, stomach upset follows.
Definitely breakfast because I don't really get hungry till 11am.

Reasons: I am from a 'BIG' family and, I don't like the size of my sibblings, parents and extended family members while growing up, I tried all my time to be different in size (which is a lifestyle for me now) I don't weight more than 85kg(before or after childbirth) other than that my body maintains 65kg.
ReplyDeleteDuring my teen I always drank Lipton/coffee etc for breakfast, will decipline myself till 1/2pm for a heavy lunch/dinner . that will be my last for the day but, now, with the knowledge I've gained and the constant warning in my church about caffeine I stopped Lipton/cafe.. I substituted it for green tea (lemongrass, dandelion, scent leaves, etc with all LEMON flavored) in the morning, then at night I take fruits if I feel hungry or, I just take more tea and water (especially the lemongrass as it helps in muscle relaxation at night). Biggest of all.... I added EXERCISE to my routine as week.. Even if it is 200situps, pushups, squats (especially for us ladies),.
