    6. Anon 13:22, you can try Nan 2. Or SMA gold. I used Nan cos my son didn't like sma. A very fine milk. You can also make soya bean flour for your baby, to add to the baby's pap/cereal/puree. Very rich.
For purees, there's banana, avocado and apple purees. Also, you should start introducing finger foods so he'll get used to the idea of solids real soon

    1. You have to check if it's a requirement for the school you are applying, not all schools in the UK require it, and yes, you can write it in Nigeria.

    2. Some schools don't need an IELTS especially if your score in waec English is very good. Also, if you are going for an msc, ask them if an official letter from your sch stating that your studies were in English language will suffice

  5. Martins, please help. I use iPhone x. There's a black patch spreading and covering the top side of the screen. Now, when I browse, as I scroll over different posts, it will suddenly go back to first post or take me to another page or post entirely. Is it a screen problem? Will I encounter any problem even if I change the screen? Please respond. Thanks in advance.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Hi,Yes it’s a screen damage effect..

Any slight crack or black patch is already preparing for total screen damage;it’s only a matter of time..

If you can get the original screen;nothing to worry about..

The problem is that most of those popular tech coy who claim to sell brand new original screens are still all selling “China Stickers” or copies..

The best bet of getting original screen is from another iPhone X whose panel is either damaged or has one defect or another, and the seller decides to sell the various parts(screens, battery etc)..

These screens are usually higher in price cos it’s referred to as “Follow-come”..

The second option if gotten is the best;nothing to worry about as iPhones at least from X upwards are all about “clips” and less of “soldering”..

      Hope this helps..

  11. Beauty experts, please help. Recently, I started using skincare products for my face due to my face is darker than the rest of my body, dark spots, uneven complexion, acne(white heads) and acne scars. I use cerave facial forming cleanser, cerave pm moisturizer, inkey list retinol, Corsrx aha7 whitehead power liquid, tranexamic topical acid and aloe sunscreen. Now my worry is that I still have whiteheads on my face. It's supposed to have cleared by now cos I have been using these products for more than a month.

    1. Typically sometimes it takes 6-8 weeks to see results depending on your skin type
However there should be at least some level of difference else see a dermatologist

      Delete
    2. Sometimes using too many things irritate your skin. Also are the creams you are using for your skin type? If you are oily, using more oils will only clog up your pores and cause more acne. Try to use the basics, and then the treatment on affected areas. But above all, patience. Sometimes it takes months to see very positive changes, but it is worth it. Just be sure you are using the right stuff and be consistent with it. You can check with a dermatologist or aesthetician, or at least do some personal research on it.

  16. Good afternoon house.
I started selling of roasted groundnut last month but I noticed that after frying and peeling, the groundnut will no longer be very crunchy no matter how I try to cover it while peeling. What do I do differently please.

Secondly,I want to now be frying two different types. The one that is whitish in color ( I love my groundnut that way and I know there are people who would too) ,and the one that's very brown.
How do I achieve that first color without it still tasting raw? Thanks

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Use garri to fry it not sand

      Delete
    2. Don't expose it too much to air.

For no 2, reduce the heat while frying and be checking by peeling the nuts. Once you have achieved your desired colour, stop frying.

      Delete
    3. While peeling it, tie the whole groundnut inside nylon, take small and peel, put the peeled one inside another nylon and tie it. Take nother small quantity and peel, tie the unpeeled one back. Continue like that to you finish.

    1. Hi,Learn full time importation and have a coach to guide you as you import your first batch till it lands..

Don’t make the mistake of importing just what you see on Aliexpress;there are cheaper sites too you are to compare and contrast prices then go with the best..

      Then quality check,best price,payment,currency conversion,shipping and more..

If you rush and import because you think you know;you will learn only when your goods arrive Nigeria and by then money has been lost, and time wasted..

Get a coach and learn full time;I am one and I practice daily what I will teach you;there are thousands of import coach out there as well..

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Scaling and polishing is done to remove stains and hardened tar from the teeth. I did mine for less than 10k in a general hospital and if you are under insurance, it's covered. It's a simple procedure, they use a special tool to remove all those stuff and takes less than 30minutes to get it done.

      Delete
    2. So I take it that you yourself have never done scaling and polishing?

Anyways Google it, its self explanatory.

And yes, every General Hospital dentistry section offers it. Or at least they should.

I do mine in private because that's where my HMO is.

Make your enquiries there in order to get the current cost.

  36. Pls how do I know I am ovulating?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Ovulation normally takes place at the middle of a menstrual cycle. So you need to know how your menstrual cycle works.
A normal cycle counts every 28day, with plus or minus 2 days. So that means for a normal 28 days cycle the ovulation would likely take place on the 14th day.
signs of ovulation... look out for your discharge. There are days you have thick whitish(normal)
but the discharge that tells you are ovulating is thin, slippery/stretchy discharge and in some cases feel some wetness down there too.
