Music Producer Don Jazzy Reveals How He Lost A Lot Of Weight

Nigerian music producer and executive Don Jazzy has shared how he dropped a lot of weight in just three months. He said he achieved it by following a carnivore diet by eating only meat, even though he admits he is too lazy to visit the gym.


In a video clip interview, Don Jazzy explained his simple approach. “I don’t like going to the gym, I am very lazy. I lost a lot of weight by being on a carnivore diet for 3 months, I was eating only meat,” he said.
The carnivore diet means eating only animal products, mainly meat, with no vegetables, grains, or other foods. Don Jazzy said this method worked well for him despite his not liking exercises....

    3. All of a sudden, people who have been obese for years, are “magically “ losing huge amounts of weight in months. They suddenly have the willpower to stick to a healthy diet. We know the drill. GLP-1, to the rescue & there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. It is approved for weight loss & will reduce the chances of developing chronic health conditions like diabetes. But these celebrities & influencers like the self acclaimed best smelling food critic. Are lying about their recent weight loss. Also note that a lot of Nigerian clinics are getting their GLP-1 from China as dried freezes peptides for very low prices & reconstituting with BAC water. ( not an issue as long as the peptides are tested for safety & efficacy). But the clinics are selling these cheap Chinese GLP-1 for the price of the brand names GLP-1

    2. Unexplained weight loss can be a red flag for many chronic & even terminal diseases. If you have been more active (walking, lifting heavy items at work etc) your weight loss may be due to that. But if you have consistent low or no appetite. Please go get yourself checked out, at a very good clinic

  5. Yes, this is the easiest way to lose weight by dieting alone. You obviously have to love meat to pursue this diet. Cutting out all carbs will have you dropping the pounds without even trying. For those who love meats and eggs, carnivore will work magic, especially if the financial means exists to keep up with it. Best to find organic, grass fed meats if this is the diet choice.

    1. Does veggies make one to gain weight? He should have incorporated veggies to it. Too much of everything is bad. One can't be eating only meat for three months without any side effect arising. This is totally unhealthy. Meat is even a low vibrational food. The best thing to do is to stop eating any thing that has calorie in it. Meat even contains calories.
