Woman Arrested For Dragging Blokos Of Landlord And Killing Him

A woman, Ifeoma Ossaihave has been arrested by men of the Ogun State Police Command for allegedly killing her 50-year-old landlord, Monday Surulere Oladele, over electricity bill disagreement.

The command’s spokesman, SP Abimbola Oyeyemi, in a statement on Tuesday, revealed that the suspect was arrested following a report lodged at Sango Ota divisional headquarters by one Olaleye Taiwo, who reported that his brother, Monday Oladele has a disagreement with his tenant over the payment of electricity bill, and that in the process, the said tenant grabbed the manhood of the deceased and dragged him with it.

“Consequently, the landlord fell unconsciously on the ground and he was rushed to General Hospital, Ota where the doctor on duty confirmed him dead.

“Upon the report, the DPO Sango Ota division, CSP Saleh Dahiru, quickly led his detectives to the scene where the suspect was promptly arrested and taken to custody for investigation,” he said.

Oyeyemi added that on interrogation, the 33-year-old suspect claimed that the deceased asked her to pay for electricity bill, but that she insisted that “until water is directly connected to her apartment as promised by the landlord before she packed in, she would not pay the electricity or any other utility bill.”

“This led to a scuffle between them, consequence upon which the suspect grabbed the manhood of the deceased and dragged him with it.

“The deceased subsequently slumped, and he was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead by doctor on duty.
The corpse has been deposited at the hospital mortuary for postmortem examination.

“Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, CP Frank Mba, has ordered the immediate transfer of the suspect to the Homicide section of the State Criminal Investigation Departments for further investigation and diligent prosecution,” Oyeyemi said.

  8. She was sick and tired and frustrated with the landlord who decieved her and defrauded her. Yes, it is fraud. You collected your full rent plus other charges, promised to fix a basic home need such as water in a home, you failed to do it.
He still had the guts to go trouble the tenant for payment of bills.
She should get a good lawyer, it was a case of two fighting, she was defending herself.

Before anyone will come and say what if he was my bro or hubby, excuse me, I don't have such fraudulent people around me🙄

    2. The punishment for fraud is not physically assaulting the alleged fraudster to the point of death.

  16. This is why one should not engage in unnecessary physical confrontations. You don’t know who’s in good or bad health. You can slap someone who’ll end up in the mortuary. The person’s family members will then burden you with one of their children to raise for eighteen years as penance.

  17. The landlord was a very fraudulent man, that's how most of them do, deceiving you into renting their house and start showing you shege banza.
But the woman has no any right to drag him by his blokos knowing fully well that, it's very dangerous, in everything you do, avoid anything that will trigger physical fight, may his soul rest in peace and may the wicked woman rot in jail.
