Tinubu issued the order after being briefed about the situation in Lagos State.
His order was announced in a tweet from the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential Campaign Council.
The tweet said: “The President ordered the DSS to withdraw from the EFCC office located on Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos on Tuesday, after learning that DSS officials blocked the entrance of the anti-graft agency, preventing its staff from entering their workplace.
“The President said any issues between the two vital agencies of government should be resolved peacefully.”

ReplyDeleteObviously, president Tinubu is not going to be a gentleman like Buhari. If you do anyhow, you see anyhow. That's what Nigerians need anyways 😁

I hope and pray you continue to be the action man
ReplyDeleteWetin happen? Why dem block them
ReplyDeleteThe EFCC had no office space in Lagos and so have been squatting in the property bringing to the DSS. The DSS got tired and wanted their property back. This has been slowly escalating for years but EFCC had refused to pay for an office in Lagos. It's similar to what happened with NIDCOM headed by Abike Dabiri and the ministry headed by Pantami.
DeleteOkay, noted.
ReplyDeleteWhat's going on between the two agencies?
