  2. My people I just have 2 days in Lagos and time and fuel issues will greatly restrict my movement. Please which pharmacy can I enter and gbam, I will see most of the drugs I want to buy. Anywhere in Lagos is fine as long as I can buy majority of want under one single roof. Not that I will buy Vitamin P in Ikeja and have to buy Vitamin Q in Ajah.

  3. Pls my people what can I use to cook red meat that can make it soft? Each time I buy ordinary meat no matter how I cook it, it will still be hard when eating it.

Again what kind of salad cream do people that are watching their weight use?

    1. Cook your meat in low heat without water first, then keep adding water as time goes on.add salt later not immediately.

      Delete
    2. Use pressure pot for your meat but you need to time it.
What I do is I put on fire in pressure pot and once it boils I put off the gas cos the heat softens it the more.
Once the pressure is off and the pot opens easily ,I test to know if the softness is okay.

    3. Add enough onions to it and it will soften it

    4. I'm not sure. I am looking for same solution. Except I buy pure red beef, then within 30mins, my meat will become tender..

    5. Try investing in a pressure pot and your meat will be as tender as you want.

I’ve been on a weight loss journey since February and I’ve lost 10kg+ so far my advice is to read the nutritional information on the bottles of the salad creams before making a purchase, know how to count your calories and be in a calorie deficit.

    6. Female meat is always hard. If you have that clay pot, use it.

    7. Cooking with green papaya act as a meat tenderizer. My mom always diced up a green papaya and put in her pot for tough meat. It has no flavour, completely neutral and did tenderize the meat. Using a pressure cooker like others have said. Beat your meat with a mallet to soften up the meat a bit before cooking.

    8. Try buying your meat from a another place lets see. Red meat does not require any special method to soften it na. Boya is meat from female animals they are selling for you.

    9. Pressure pot straight up.

    1. I'm not in the UK but okro is sold in stores around you, ask around.
There will also be African stores around you, all you need do is ask fellow Nigerians who have been living in your vicinity.
You can type 'african stores near me' on your Google map too.
And lastly, check online for shipping companies (Nigerian companies), you can start your search on Instagram, get someone to help you buy all the stuff you want and deliver to the shipping agency's address in naija you either courier by air or sea, and you'll be notified when your items arrive UK, or pay them to deliver to your door.

  23. Hello guys.

I met this guy early this year, he told me categorically that he wants friendship, bit if things work out fine, something better might come out of it. And l have been hopeful. Now things turn out the other way round. He has been talking about him not being the outing type which has affected his relationship.
The gist is he want me to connect him to a girl of my choice, knowing fully well, l'm single and searching too, and genuinely like him. He said so because l always come through whenever he's in need. And l have told him straight up, that l can't do this one for him. And he's been begging...

Did l do the right thing by that response?
    Forgive my grammar mbok

    1. If you can afford it, get one. For me, it helped me measure the quantity of milk I was producing per feed, at least you know if your baby is actually getting enough breastmilk during feeds, plus you can freeze your milk and then literally anyone can help bottle feed your baby the thawed breastmilk should you need to take a rest, nap, dash out etc.
