Arsenal have finally agreed a deal with Ajax to sign their defender, Jurrien Timber, Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf reports.
The Gunners will pay a €42million fixed fee and a further €5m in add-ons.
Timber has already sorted out personal terms with the North London side on a five-year contract.

Manchester United boss, Erik ten Hag, has blocked Tom Heaton from leaving the club.
According to the Telegraph, Heaton has asked to leave Man United this summer transfer window, with Luton keen on signing him.
However, Ten Hag wants the 37-year-old to stay at Man United because of the ongoing uncertainty surrounding goalkeeper David de Gea’s future at the club.

Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand has expressed his disappointment with the way the club have handled goalkeeper David de Gea’s contract situation.
De Gea, who has been at Man United for over a decade, looks set to leave the club with his contract expiring on June 30.
The Red Devils reportedly offered De Gea an extension on reduced terms from his existing contract but withdrew it after the 32-year-old agreed to sign.
Erik ten Hag’s side then offered the Spain international another contract with a further reduction in wages, which De Gea has refused to sign so far.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Tottenham have rejected a €70m offer for the England international, demanding €90m, so Bayern Munich have put talks on hold and consider making an offer to Napoli for Osimhen.
The Italian publication reports that while the Bavarians are unwilling to match Napoli‘s €180m asking price, they are prepared to offer more than €100m.
