President Tinubu Set To Appoint 20 Special Advisers...

The Senate has approved President Bola Tinubu’s request to appoint 20 special advisers. Senate President Ahmad Lawan read the President’s request on the floor of the upper legislative chamber on Tuesday and it was approved through a voice vote during plenary.

  1. I thought they said that Nigeria is broke. Now see the number of Special Advisers, Special Assistants, Personal Assistantss ssss, Ministers of State, Ministers etc.
Can't these politicians at both federal and state levels help by cutting down costs of governance?
All these appointees have official cars maintained and fuelled by government.
Their feeding, medical needs etc are borne by government.
I could go on and on.

  2. Good luck to the appointees who will be paid with tax payer money

  3. Part of what makes governance expensive. At the to pay the common Man's minimum wage becomes a problem.
