  1. God's Plan For The Giver!!
    2 Corinthians 9: AMPC.

    Excerpts!!

"God is able to direct all the grace you require for anything in this life towards you such that you’re never behind in competence or ability."

"You can’t block the giver’s way, impede his advancement, or stymie his growth and blessings, for he’s graced on every side."

"That’s not all. As a true giver, not only does God direct all grace towards you, but He ensures you have more than enough to give all the time. You’re always, and under all circumstances, and whatever the need, self-sufficient, possessing enough to require no aid or support, furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation. This is God’s Word and blessing for you as a giver."

    Confession!!

Dear Father, I thank you for the Gospel of Christ that has blessed and enriched me. I'm grateful for the privilege to give for the furtherance of the Gospel and bring sinners out of darkness into the glorious liberty of the sons of God. Thank you for making all grace abound towards me, to be effective in the ministry of reconciliation, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

    Further Study:
    Luke 6:38; Philippians 4:15-19.

  2. Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Know that the Lord, he is God! he made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations Psalm 100:1-5.
Thank you Abba Father for your mercies over our lives in Jesus name πŸ™

  4. I saw her sitting at the restaurant just by one corner, she only asked for bottle water which was sold for 300 cause that was just only what she could afford in that kind of restaurant. I've been staring at her since we've walked in there and when I ordered for my food. I never had any rest of mine until I asked one of the waiter to call that girl for me. She was about 25yrs very tall and beautiful and she came while I was waiting for the food cause it's an alakat.

Good afternoon ma'am, good afternoon sir, she greeted my man and I. She was so beautiful and I was just smiling at her dimples and tooth gap. I had already discussed with my man about her and I wasn't sure why she was all alone and so quiet. But we were just gistiring about her until I asked for her to come.

I tried to teased her about her dimples and tooth gap and we all laughed. So I asked why she seems sad and just taking water. Moreover this is an expensive restaurant so what is a young lady like yourself doing here and sad and alone. They could walk you out or embarrassed you, you know.

She told me she just lost her mum and her school fees, she was in 200lvl. She started crying and we felt so pity for her. My friend bought her food, walked us to the car and my friend gave her 10k to take care for few days and come see him later in his office.

He gave her his card and she took my number. I send a little money to her later and I asked my friend to see anyhow he can help her. So he called her over to the office and gave her a cleaner job which her salary was 40k and transport. When she called me to thank me she was crying bitterly.

Can you stop crying and why are you crying I asked. She said no ma, it just because I am so happy now I'll eat, have money to be paying my fees and I won't be a drop out anymore. If we have people like you and sir in this world it will be a better place for everyone to live in and things will be much more easier for everyone.

I dropped tears and I was happy I could help and my friend could help too. I felt this joy in me.

Why did I remember this, when she graduated I was the first she called to tell. And last week when she asked me to come online that she wanna tell me something. I told her, mtcheeew baby I'm out of data.

She said aah mama no nah, let me send you data and she sent me 10k. I saw it and smile, she will never forget us and the little kindness we showed her and of course she's always appreciated it. This life would've been better if people would see others as themselves.

Just show a little kindness, it pays. It might be that person but somehow someday, you will be rewarded. Just a little show of kindness is all that matters.

May the lord touch us all to learn how to show love and kindness.

  7. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

    Dear Parents.

You all are doing well and May God continue to strengthen you all.

There is an old trick played since time immemorial and that is children that claim to have gained admission into the University or Polytechnic meanwhile it is a fake admission.

I will advise that you pay a visit to the University of your child or ward to check on them from time to time. If you can’t afford it and you know a trusted relative, friend, colleague who resides in the state of your child/ward’s school, kindly send transport money to them to check on your child. Yes, please do it. It does not show lack of trust or that you are treating them like kids when they are adults but to be sure that your children are on the right path and your resources are not going down the drain.

I have two stories on this fake admission scam; The 1st one; he is the son of my mom’s friend who is a widow. This boy lied that he was in school and asked his mother to send him foodstuff, school fees and other expenses. This woman struggled to raise these funds for her only son but she decided to ask her younger brother to check on her son since he resides in the same state of her son’s school. Lo and behold, he went to make enquiries and found the following:

    1. Her son claimed to be in 2nd Year however on asking, this boy’s name is nowhere to be found in his department not to talk of his ‘’faculty.’’
    2. He wrote one paper in Year 1 and that was just it

Upon confrontation, the boy showed no remorse and even got angry at everyone. Anyways, he is in the East and has been told to join his uncle in the BLOCK MOULDING INDUSTRY. Thank God though sad, they found out on time. What if the family believed the boy’s lamba for the whole 4 years only to hear no pali.

The 2nd one: This one concerns my cousin, he is giving me vibes that he is not in school. I am making arrangements to send someone to check on him and if his admission is real.

such happenings didn't start with the youth of nowadays, it has been on even since my Mum's Uni days. During my time, there were girls in the hostel, some even rented apartments at Ekosodin, Osasogie, BDPA et al wasting away, collecting school fees and money for materials while lying to their parents that they were in School, then at night the girls inside engage in runs.

  34. Good morning SDK
Some teachers are not resting o. They will still teach summer lesson so that they can collect some change by end of August. If you don't participate, nothing for you.
Teachers like me that have side hustles will just face their business this holiday period. May God bless all teachers.
