Any attempt to manage distress or pain caused by a health condition without the guidance of a doctor or a medical profesional is self medication.
It causes damages like;
Masking a medical condition.
Drug interactions that worsens the condition.
Inaccurate doses that weakens organs in the body.
Dependency on a particular drug to feel better.
Medical complications.
Death.

Oh dearly beloved, i urge and plead with you, abstain from this evil, come out of this wickedness and be purified for God.

I met a small girl yesterday and I was teaching her some tricks to simple maths, infact, I was shocked when she told me that, she doesn't like her school because they do not teach them we'll and she has complained severally but her parents wants her there due to the caliber of children that attend the school and their extra curricular activities
She came to my shop with her mum to repair her tab and her mum left her with me to get somethings at the grocery shop and I engaged her.when her mum came, she was surprised seeing me teach her maths .
We parents should please listen to our kids and stop acting selfish. A girl in JSS 3 that doesn't know how to convert binary and has no knowledge about percentage and fractions.

ReplyDeleteAfter the delivery was done for a large food tray order, we drove through Olaiya flyover, whilst we waited for the traffic light to show green 🚦 a man approached my car holding steering covers, wipers and air fresheners, he asked that I put a cover on the steering to avoid it peeling off (providing solution) I smiled and answered him that is he going to sell on credit for me as I am a salary earner and I've not been paid, he laughed and replied "ti ebati mo pe EMA pada wa funmi lowo, alukawani (promise in Arabic) eru Olohun ni. (If you promise to come back and pay me, that wouldn't be a problem, promise is a debt)
ReplyDeleteBy the time he was done with his words the traffic light had shown green so I accelerated only for me to hear him shout from afar "moma pade yin loke lohun", If I didn't intend to buy from this man, that he has shown this great effort on a sunny afternoon like this is enough for me to patronise him I told the person sitting beside me in the car, I traficated to the right side of the road and halted, he met us there in a minute sweating profusely, I asked him how much he sold each, he mentioned the price and I asked he fit in a colour to match, I praised him of his marketing skills and asked for his bank details, he was surprised, I cannot buy from you and Pay later with the stress you've put yourself through, I told him.
He mentioned how a man with a gold teeth (Alhaji description) promised to transfer to him but didn't pay since fortnight but that wouldn't stop him. We are all in the same country he said.
As he was done fitting it, i asked him to confirm the payment, his phone beeped as he reached out for his pocket, he told me it was received.
I looked by the arm rest and saw an extra bottle of a soft drink I bought, I was so thirsty that I'd to get an extra when we got ours, I offered him the bottle.
I may not know what it feels like working under the sun but I know what it costs treating pains from work stress.
If as a woman I want to put something on the table, then being a man at this time will be double!!!
