Reality TV Star Sheggz was a recent guest at the 'Bahd and Boujee' podcast co-hosted by Tolanibaj and Moet Abebe.
While discussing on various topics bordering on his relationship with co Star, Bella Okagbue, he stated that he's not a believer of going 50-50 in a relationship despite the fact that he happens to be with a woman who makes her own money, and stated that he still primarily provides for her.
He said:
"For me, I don't t want my babe paying my bills or paying her own bills cause it's gonna be disrespectful and like i said, I go for women that I think work really hard, in my situation, my woman makes a lot of money and she's actually successful but for me I understand that my money is our money and your money is your money and honestly if it gives me peace in my home, am really good with that so no 50-50 in my household, it's a kind of 80-20, I wouldn't say 100%, that's very unfair but I just feel like when you spend money like my partner, you would like that this is not an often occurrence all the time so you not gonna have a problem spending money cause you know most of the time,man does what he needs to do.And I feel like, it's sounds crazy but I feel like we always have to provide"
When asked if money is an important factor when dating, and if a guy with no money should be looking for love? he said:
"Most definitely, i am telling you.I'll be telling my guys I genuinely feel like anyone can do but I feel like just don't do pass yourself, there's someone for everybody, i am not saying you can't necessarily jump up but you too, you have to cut your coat according to your size".

ReplyDeleteGood to hear ds from a guy. I know that some guys will not like ds but it is what it is. Some guys will even ask their women to take care of d home in full circle , while they provide for every thing , without complaining. That 50 50 stuff affects d respect of d man , bcoz some woman will see themselves as equal with d guy & does ‘anything’ she likes. Any lady that kicks against what ds guy said, is a hater ,coming from someone she doesn’t like, bcoz ds is what every woman desires, especially when ur man is equal to d task.
