Nigerian Police Arrests Prankster Zfancy After Viral Fake Ritualist Prank

Content Creator/Pranster, Zfancy was allegedly arrested in Abuja On Wednesday July 3, 2024 by the Nigerian Police 
The Nigerian Police, in a statement posted on their instagram page, confirmed that the prankster has been arrested in.connection to one of his pranks.


The post reads as follows;

"POLICE SPEAKS TOUGH ON SECURITY-THREATENING PRANKS, ARRESTS PRANSTER IN ABUJA
The Nigerian Police through the NPF National Cybercrime Center has arrested Nigerian 'prankster', One Mr Ubani Zion Chubuike(AKA ZFANCY)at an apartment in Wuye, Abuja.The arrest follows the circulation of accusatory videos on social media, in which Zfancy was accused to have committed heinous crimes including rape.These videos caused significant apprehension among social media users.
Furthermore, Zfancy came out and claimed the videos were scripted and part of his attempt to regain the spotlight after a break.Regardless such actions has serious implications and cannot be taken lightly.
The Nigeria Police Force Remains committed to maintaining public safety and ensuring that individuals are held accountable for actions that incite fear or disturb public peace.The police therefore warns pranksters and content creators to be law abiding and be conscious of pranks and contents that would pose threats to the public and jeopardize the general security of our country.We urge the public to remain calm as we proceed with the necessary legal actions in this case"

      The guy knew the police would come for him, he told everyone on Tuesday dat Police will come for him on Wednesday, even that Wednesday morning while having breakfast, he was asking my colleagues if police have arrived, I can't post everything here for security purpose, they searched his room but couldn't find any incriminating thing in his room.
