How is everyone...I am having a busy day.....This weeek my Father in law clocked 84 years old an his children will be celebrating for him this weekend..I am out looking for present tobuy for him...I know what to get as instructed by hubby...I dey find theone wey no too cost cos the man has everything and all gifts are always packed somewhere until further notice.........
My Dad would have been 93 years this November....Same birthday with my father in law......My father was a good man, a very good father....He was probably not the best of husband but he was a good father and all his kids were top priority...For my Dad, you must go to school oh......It was his Joy......I remember when i was in an expensive school and was always doing shakara for everyone, i was loud, rude, self confident and very noisy......One early morning as i was talking anyhow waiting for him to go and drop us in school..my white socks was shacking me cos it was new..My dad called me and when i went he gave me a book and said ''READ''... I was in primary...He said READ...I looked at the book and started crying....He called my late elder borther and said READ, that one looked down...He called our Biracial friend who was also our neighbour and said READ....he ran away to his Polish mum crying......My dad was shocked that we could not read and were just going to school to play and waste money...That same day we were registered in a local school.My white socks turned brown, the sun touched me, i sweated, i cried...for me it was suffering and i hated my Dad but one day, I relaised he meant well... I forgave him but there were more times i hated him but always forgave..... Now i relaise being a parent is not easy cos your kids have a new reason not to like you every day, especially when yopu say NO!

I don't like this time of the year at allll.
This is because this period everyone is usually moving mad.
No one acts normal again.
I was inside a bus this morning and lots of arguments were going on. At first I didn't pay attention, until the driver packed by the road side, opened the passengers side door and told the people quarrelling to come down and fight real fight.
I thought it was a joke oh.
Two men came down from the car and started fighting. Azin proper Jet Li and Jackie Chan fight oh.
Everyone, including myself was just standing, watching. Passerbys were looking and cars were queuing up. Laidis now, we don cause hold up.

The highlight of it for me was the driver, when I went to tell him to at least carry us “the sane ones” to our destination and met him at a corner. He was just looking relaxed, talking with someone on the phone.

Went to the hospital for a test yesterday. I told the nurse I want to run a comprehensive test. I was given a run down calculations and the amount was a little close to half a million. At first I laughed and jokingly said to the lady, the test is for me alone and not everyone in my community π
Even when a discount was given, the money was still not 'smiling'
So I had to pick few test and it was conducted. This morning I picked up my result. For HIV I wasn't afraid, man know himself. Just did it for formality. Ran hepatitis and Blood pressure. I skipped the Cancer test due to the amount involved. The result was all negative. I was told to tune it down on my sugar intake. Will plan for the ones I couldn't run now once there's availability of funds.

Nigerian banks are run by bast@rds. I remember one time when Stella posted my name as a recipient of Christmas Giveaway. I went and collected foodstuff on credit believing that I will soon collect monetaey gift. Till tomorrow, I no see money. Stella said she has sent it, others were showing appreciation for credit alert in the comment section, I was crying for gbese. I went to my bank a few times without success and later sold my phone to pay the woman and went offline as a result, then I came back online a few months later after getting a phone via easybuy.
