    2. Very, very, important. This is what we are facing right now. Everyone is praying for rain. We are rejecting it. I packed water like am fetching water yesterday. We always pray for it not to rain at night. It's well.

  8. In Lagos Island, check for areas that are likely to be flooded.
Ask neighbours about the Landlord & house and if they're owing NEPA bills. Very important 😄

  15. From my experience as an Estate Agent:

First and foremost, after following agent to check it, if you like it, go back alone later and ask the neighbours (two or more people) about the house.
Ask why the former occupant left, ask about the owner and the caretaker (you don't want to have a bad landlord or caretaker, it's hell).

Ask if people go from bad to worse in the house or they progress.

Also ask about security in the area. Do robbers or kidnapper come there? Is there burglary or petty theft cases in the area?

Ask about the light there , it should be above average.

This is after checking with the agent.

While checking with the agent, check the bathroom, kitchen and toilet, the water should flow. Check the doors and keys, check the walls inside and outside, you will see signs if it is a flood prone area.

Write down the meter number and give to a PHCN staff to check if they are owing. You can go to their office and make enquiry if you don't know any staff.

Check the ceiling, stains on the ceiling will show whether it leaks.

Check the roads that lead there.

Above all, pray to God by yourself and ask him to scatter your plan to rent it if it is not a good house for you.

You see, God answers our prayers if we seek his face genuinely.

I wanted to pay for a business space space few months ago, I told God to make it impossible for me to rent if if it is not good.
A personal issue came up and took a small part of the funds I wanted to use. Someone else rented it. Two weeks later, I heard that they had sold the whole land and that the new owner had given quit notice to all the occupants there..

I also remember how a client who wanted to rent a room apartment told me he took sand from the compound to a prophet to pray about the house. He said the prophet said the house was a good house. I took him to the landlord and he paid.
Three months later, he came crying that the house is a bad house.
Surprised, I reminded him of his prophet 's message. He was mute.
