ReplyDeleteEngage your lawyer to visit Alausa (Lagos State Land Registry) to confirm the status of the land or property.....If it is under government acquisition or not regularized, then it will be hard to get a C of O....

Do you have these documents: Deed of Assignment, Survey Plan, and Receipt of Purchase. If yes, engage a property lawyer or valuer to help secure your C of O...It is very important...

DeleteMaternity leave is 6 months. You are not allowed to proceed on any form of leave till after one year of service with the company. Just imagine working with a company for 6 months and proceed on maternity leave while you are still learning the job. Even before the maternity leave, you will take some days off for antenatal, as a nursing mother you will be expected to close by 2pm or 3pm. Public service will not allow you proceed on maternity leave without spending at least two years in service more or less a private company.
I.will advice you speak with your employer before resumption. Enquire if you can resume or wait till you give birth.

ReplyDeleteIt is normal...What you need is 1 sperm cell to fertilize your eggs...What is coming out of you is the excess fluid with sperm cells your body don't need....Don't worry you will conceive....
DeleteIt doesn't matter, what you need is just one healthy sperm to fertilize your egg out of the millions ejaculated.....there is no way all will go in, some will later flow out.

The man may be the one with the issue, that he releases semen doesn't guarantee pregnancy. The semen may not be viable

DeleteEvery surgery takes time to heal. The amount of time depends on the type of surgery. Most doctors will say 6-8 weeks for healing and will tell you what to do to keep the area clean and infection free.

Why are you carrying such painful cysts around? You don't really need a surgery to remove it. Start using hot water to press it at least twice a day. after three or four days, it will burst on its own. Please put hot water in a bucket and seat on it. Allow the stem to enter the boil/bartholin. Remember it might reoccur if you don't handle it well by making sure all the contaminated blood is pressed out

Do you know when you start to ovulate (pre ovulation phase, peak and end) once you can observe this properly you can know your safe period because it's not the same in every woman.
Your safe period is usually before ovulation assuming you have a 28 day cycle....
Delete30th April - 6th May (Relatively safe period)
After ovulation
16th May - 27th May (safest period)
Still use condom sha...

Delete. For context, a cycle is counted from the first day you saw your period to the day immediately before you see the next one.
Safe days are usually from the first day you see your period to day 7. Which is 30th April -6th May.
And also the last 7days before you see your next period.
Let’s assume your next period is expected to start on 29th May, and last period started on 30th April.
30th April = day 1
1st May =day 2 etc
28th May = day 29
29th May = day 1.
Cycle length = 29day cycle.
Going by this cycle, safe days are 30th April-6th May and 22nd May - 28th May.
Last 7 days and first 7 days are safe.
Remember, no method of family cycle is 100% accurate except abstinence.
To continue, ovulation is usually on day 14 give or take some days . and sperm can last up to 5 days ish. So if you gbensh day 8-21, it is highly possible that your body can miss the ovulation day by up to 7dys and can actually ovulate earlier or later

You can mix the glycerin with a foot cream or lotion and massage.....You can introduce loofah & foot scrub into your pedicure routine....
DeleteAlso, if you walk around your house barefoot, it makes the sole of your feet hard so either wear comfy socks or house slippers around....
I use the stone everyday, give myself a pedicure, apply baby oil on my feet and wear a pair of socks.

DeleteDo shellac manicure if you want something that lasts. The shellac will last for 3-4 weeks but it is not cheap. If you cannot afford the shellac then purchase the good quality nail polish and bring it with you for the tech anywhere to use. OPI is good but pricier, Essence has good nail polish that is lower end. Nail polish does expire so make sure you are getting fresh stuff.

Delete1) Go to Blogger.com and sign up first..Then after signing in,visit the Blog and locate the "comment Box" on any post of your choice(You would see your email signed in from the Drop-down menu)..
Now click on that letter "B" by your left which is where your photo is supposed to be displayed..
2) A page would be shown,then click on "EDIT PROFILE" at the top,by your right..
3) Scroll down and locate "PROFILE PHOTO" then click on "CHOOSE FILE" and select any picture of your choice..
Be patient and allow it load properly(a spinning circle) then scroll down and click on "SAVE"..
4) To edit your BLOG ID,scroll down and click on "PROFILE NAME" then edit it to any pseudonym of your choice..

C)Lapel microphone(between 30 to 50k)
D)360 tripod stand(to hold your phone then it follows you about as you move,it works with AI)
E) Then learn how to edit videos,because cost of an editor is high,start with tutorials on Capcut,Inshot and more.
These are the basics,then work on your ambience for that particular spot you would be shooting your videos.

If your baby is stooling, it is not teething.
DeleteIf your baby has a fever, it is not teething. Your baby is simply sick. There is no medication for teething per se. Give them paracetamol if the gums appear red and painful. Buy teethers that you can clean properly , cool in the fridge and give them to chew on. It’s the chewing of dirty items to scratch their gums that cause stooling not teeth!!!
