Pastor Reportedly Dies In Car Crash After Rejecting Prophecy That He Would Die In Car Crash

Rev. David Ayuba Azzaman of The King Worship Chapel and Ministry in Kaduna State, reportedly died in a car crash on May 24, 2025 while returning to Kaduna from a crusade in Makurdi.
Guess what? In January, he posted that a colleague had told him to pray against dying in a car crash and he rejected the prophecy....

  1. From his last line, that means he has fulfilled his missionary work.
When the appointed time comes for one to leave, nothing can stop it.
    Rest in peace Pastor.

  6. When you hear either positive or negative prophecy about yourself or loved once. Don't just reject it with words of mouth and go to sleep. Dig deep in prayers fervently UNTIL you receive an answer of peace. The spiritual control the physical and we can argue our case with God. Prophet Isaiah is an A prophet in the bible. His words hardly go without fulfilment, according to Isaiah 38: he told King Hezekiah that he will surely die but not live, King Hezekiah argued his case with God and God changed his mind and granted him more years. In another instance, 1Sam 2.a prophet of God told priest Eli that God will kill his sons and take the priesthood out of his lineage. There was no record that he said anything or argued his case. The prophesy came to pass. God is our father; we are labourers together with God. He listens to us when we argue aright and grant us our request.

  7. Pure coincidence. Nothing like prophesy. Let them prophesy who will win World Cup next year then I will take them seriously.

  11. The word of God cancels any negative prophecy. It was his time. It wasn't connected. Demons can take advantage of what they know to want to take the shine off God.

Remember that girl in the bible with the gift of prophecy, brought her master profit but it was through demons??

You must filter every question through the length of the scripture. Even Jesus died at 33 and on the tree.. naked in front of the whole world. Guess what? He finished his assignment.

    It was his time.
The devil just wanted five seconds of fame.

    Every soul shall taste death.
    Rest well Pastor Azzaman. πŸ•Š

  12. Rip pastor...life is short.
A sister shared a story with me recently of how she slept, became unconscious and found herself in a very big field, millions of people gathered forming a queue, after awhile more still came to join the queue.
She was terrified and asked someone nearby where they were coming from, she was told they were coming from the earth.
Infront of them all was a magnificent, massive estate which you need to ensure your name was on the list before gaining entry into it.But when it got to her turn, she was sent back, letting her know it's wasn't her time yet, she should return back to earth, suddenly she woke up.

Let us all be ready because even in life today, only a few can live up to a 100years old.
What's that thing preventing you from living a life free from sin, do you know how long you will live on earth?

Remember we will all leave this earth some day.God is reminding us all today to be prepared

  13. My Paddy cousin often instils in me that there's no coincidence in life, that life was intentionally created with a time for everything to serve the purpose of creation - that's why there's a cycle to all things. And that I should always reason things from an abstract understanding of the whole event, instead of the isolated excuse - coincidence! Then I'd have a clear perspective for an informed opinion.

On this issue, I extend my condolences to all members of his family and the church. But faith without strategy is like building a house on sand - bold declarations can’t replace practical obedience. Prophecies like revelations aren’t death sentences, but ignoring them without spiritual or logical follow-through is like tearing your umbrella in a thunderstorm. Discern, pray, act - be proactive. God gave us ears to hear and legs to move - not just mouths to declare. May wisdom lead where passion once ruled.

  16. He shouldn"t have put it up on social media. he ought to have just prayed against it . He made it look like what the prophecy was not relevant. This life is deep. May he rest in peace and may God console his family.

  18. Dear God!
Mmmmh.... Ignorance is not an excuse in this life.

A prophecy was told to you in secret as a revelation for your own good, instead of taking it to God in fervent prayers and fasting to avert doom as the days are evil, you brought it out to the open. So that world people will do what for you? Clap for you ba?
Inside this world wey we dey.

When King Hezekiah was told of his impending death, Was it stated anywhere in the bible that he told a soul? What did he do? He did not accept his fate but turned to earnest prayer.
God is not bound by time or natural laws, he alone controls the course of history and he alone holds the power over life, time and destiny.
The merciful God saw Hezekiah's tears and listened to his prayer.

Just a word of prayer in his closet would have averted this doom.
    Anyways....May God rest your soul.

May his soul rest in peace.

What the deceased pastor did to reject the prophecy was the right thing to do; but, then, why did he make it a Social Media affair? He should have canceled the dream in his closet and watch for little foxes that can spoil his vine.

I was transfixed by this report when the LORD led me to write the story below:

I lost a friend to Covid-19 in the year 2020. I cried my eyes sore because he was a colleague in ministry. We actually worked together briefly when he returned to Naija in 2010.

I was devastated by his death because we were flatmates in Boston for a year and very close until we parted ways in Massachusetts. He joined me in Texas a year before God sent me to Nigeria; and six years later, he moved back to Naija for a spiritual assignment. Again, God appointed me his assistant for a year before I was sent on another assignment. We lost communication in 2011 due to a little disagreement.

When his obituary was annouced on Whatsapp, my wife and I visited an ex choir mistress who gave us the details.

She too (Choir Mistress) had stopped going to church for some time after the church discovered that the my friend was sleeping with choristers. The showdown was epic because my friend was disgraced on the altar by a member who married a choir member .

The lady lost several pregnancies after marriage. How the couple's investigation pointed my friend as the culprit was not explained by the ex choir mistress.

My friend was confronted by the husband on a Sunday morning during message. Service was terminated and a lot of people walked out from the church.

Thankfully, my friend confessed to adultery (his wife and children were in America) and started rebuilding his church when Covid-19 struck and he took ill. He slumped and was rushed to hospital where he was pronouced "brough in dead."

Now, what is the connection with the story at hand?

My late friend, like many other prosperity preachers, was the type who do gragra because they assume that they were so special and that God's presence would protect them from death and calamity.

People who are upright are not finding it easy coping with satanic attacks; one then wonders how safe are believers who are not sober and watchful.

    Moral:
    1. Ministers of God should be sober, watchful, and run away from secret sins. (Myself included)

    2. Female church members should stop sleeping with ministers of God..

    3. No believer in Christ is so special or important that he/she is immuned to accident, sickness, or death by positive declarations.

    4. Anybody, including believers, can die by accidentt: but let it be known today that accidents are not God's method to end our ministry on earth. Accidents are often a result of carelessness.

  21. I wonder if he said back to sender or death is not my portion. Truly when death is coming for you ain’t nothing gonna stop it. May he rip.

  22. I believe it was his time to die and it would be by motor accident. He was coming from a missionary work. He has fulfilled God 's purpose. There's no one who knows his time of death or how he will die unless God shows him.
