DiddyGATE -Week 5 Day 2 And The Defence Could Not Defeat Jane Doe

Jane Doe did her cross-examination and it didn't go as expected. She was in control.

Mind you, she was testifying only because she has to. The feds gave her immunity.

Defence: you knew Diddy was under investigation and you did one more frkoff?
Jane Doe: Yes
Defence: Did you want to breakup with Diddy?
Jane Doe: No, I loved him. I wanted him to be my partner. But I have resentment for him because he introduced me to this xxshual lifestyle.

Defence: And you liked that you felt that way, didn't you?

Jane Doe: I didn't try, I was. (Court roars with laughter)
(Defence is trying to show that she was complicit in all the frkoffs)

She said they often did a cheating role play. When asked to describe it, she said she'd tell him
"When you leave I can't wait to get on Paul's bick."
Diddy would be like "Tell me you gonna cheat on me"
"I'll scxk Paul's ****"

And he'd say, "you mo'fvckn d√rty cheating wh___re" and he'd get turned on.
Defence: You would make arrangements for these ezkorts?

A voice note Diddy sent to her on March 25, 2023, was played in court.

They're implying that she's a h0x.
She said he treated Cassie like a queen in public, rolled the red carpet for her at an event, bought Yung Miami a Maybach, and closed down a store so she could get Chanel bags.
She was pissed and told him Yung Miami was a pass around (you know what that means).
Defence: You didn't get a Chanel bag?

It took the Judge's intervention for her to calm down.
She mentioned that she was concerned about Diddy's health. He was sad, depressed, his gums were grey from the dr∆g use, and he had shaky hands from alcohol.
They said, so you knew he was a drug addict in the beginning, she said no, she just felt he was someone who loved to party.
