That comment was intriguing because women, especially the women who visit this blog, are not likely to agree to a claim that a husband owns his wife.
Anyways, every woman should take that post seriously. And more so by those married to Baby Daddies. Not all Baby Daddies act “intentionally” – the beloved pet word of women who have their husbands in their purse.
Some men. Only they know who their rightful owners are between their wives and baby mamas.
We see this when a man refuses to make a Will. He leaves the Baby mama to have a say as his wife in his afterlife affairs through the Baby. Some men even make Wills that clarify the baby mama as the first among equals of his women.
The Constitution and statutory/customary laws also recognize the Baby mama and her baby directly and indirectly. Yes. A wife under statutory marriage has a say in the estate of her husband.
