Micheal Achimugu, NCAA Consumer Protection Director, has told Nigerians that they have a Right to Demand ₦10,000 (Domestic) or $100+ (International) for Delayed Luggage .
"I'm here to remind you if you arrive at a destination and your luggage do not arrive with you then the airline owes you 10,000 first need compensation for domestic flight. If it is an international flight then the airline owes you more than $100 for first need compensation.
If the report comes to NCAA that the airline haven't complied that becomes automatically $170"

DeleteDoes it mean that once you collect the 10,000 you should forget about your luggage or the 10,000 is for the delay before you receive your luggage?
ReplyDeleteIs for the delay
DeleteLike an apology why your luggage arrived late.
What about people who their luggage got missing
