During a recent interview with BBC News Pidgin, he explained that every home is different and listening to people from broken homes online can ruin one's marriage.
In his words;
"No, love and marriage is not scam,but there are a few people that are hungry and are using relationship as meal ticket, that's where it becomes a scam.
Love is beautiful, relationship is beautiful, to find person wey like you na sweet matter but when you're liking him for an end that he's not aware of, that is the scam.
Or when you're liking her for a backbend wey she no know, Na the scam be that
So plenty girls are going into relationships because of what they will get, they should just go and be doing "Babi Allah" and be begging for money not using relationship
Relationship is supposed to be sacred, love is the foundation and pillar of every good relationship, let's stop messing it up in Nigeria , let's stop pretending that we're in love
Na so we do, from secondary school sef, we did it then as boys growing up but when we come mature, we realised that they're our sisters, so let the women no take am like because we(the boys) dey do am, make we come dey do am, all of us go dey for main road
Good girls don't listen to them o because Na the life dem dey live be that , dey come dey make am like say Na how everibodi suppose dey do, Na lie.
People endure in relationships, people try to find out the problem of their spouse in relationships
People try to solve it
People tell their spouses their problems wey dem no know
And the spouse would logically comply because they have been following because they have been following him mentally and they know how to help him or her

You don't listen to a failure on how to be a success! You don't listen to a dropout on how to graduate with a first class! You don't listen to an Evening newspaper on how to get married early. These things are simple logic. There are many of them here, miserably poor and frustratingly single, dishing out silly advices on relationship, marriage related issues. DeleteThis is silly advice. Even some of those divorced women are giving good advice. I’ve heard some said they regret listening to others, and to move too fast for a divorce, she should have worked on the problems. If they are giving married women that advice then it is good. You need context before making sweeping statements.
ReplyDeleteEveryday ppl who did crime, walked away from love, made wrong choices are telling others to use their mistakes as a guide not to make wrong decision. I remember being in high school and ex-convicts and ex-drug users came to speak to us and tell us how bad life can get if we go down certain roads, me and my friends all walked the straight and narrow in life.
Life isn’t only for those who nothing went wrong for. Even God took a break and wiped out and made a fresh new start. Failure is a great teacher and the voices of those with unpopular and negative life experiences deserve to be heard, as there is much to learn from the mistakes of others.
