On an interview with TVC she shared insights into the personal life of her late mother, Remilekun Anikulapo-Kuti, who was formerly married to Afrobeat legend Fela Kuti.
She said Remilekun lived celibately for more than twenty years until her passing in 2002.
According to Yeni, Remilekun’s decision was rooted in her deep affection for Fela, even after leaving his home in 1981.
During that time, she reportedly faced health challenges, including a battle with cancer, yet still held onto her devotion to the music legend.
She said: “We have to break it down into parts; firstly, sXx is very important in marriage, secondly, celibacy is a matter of choice.
“My mummy moved out of my father’s house in 1981, and she died in 2002. From 1981 till she died, she never met another man; she was celibate during that period. I knew, but I could never understand.
“She got cancer in between and she went for a check up, when the doctor asked why she isn’t using it, that it’s closing up, she said, ‘Fela is the only man for me.”

That was how my former boss who was a widow told her friend in my presence that doctor told her that her sickness was as a result of her not having sxx for years.
I didn't know that she was sleeping with a married man but pretending. The married Baba 's children came to fight her, they said she had been causing their mother pains for years.
So the pu**y can close up when not in use for years?
