ReplyDeleteAuxiliary nurses are needed to clean the patients, make the beds, feed the patients etc. so that nurses can do their jobs if not all the burden lay on the nurses and that's not right. Nurses will be more tired and prone to mistakes and also be short tempered while dealing with patients and family members all because of exhaustion.
