They are not removing them. They are losing weight. So the bbl becomes smaller and they get to keep the curves. It’s become Skinny bbl. That’s the new trend. Those getting bbls in recent times are getting skinny bbl and those who got it earlier are losing weight and toning up to get it skinny with curves. Same thing Nancy Isime, Tonto and co have done.
