In my eyes I have grown in 20year and I ma sorry that you cannot see the growth cos your old tired kpekus is blocking your sight.... As you dey run after people men, you cannot see the road with your half past 20 eyes to notice my growth..I am so sorry maam..

What’s exactly her definition of growth? Someone like Stella has refused to grow for many years? The same woman that has been impacting lives in many ways through this blog. It’s really laughable😁 That’s how they keep making people that are still building their future like they are small or incapable. Growth does not amount to wealth alone but also the impact that we are able to have in people’s life. This woman is a blessing to her generation.

DeleteToday, I fear you SDK. Growth is not by anyone's definition. It is personal because what it means to one differs from what it means to another. Much more, growth is not measured by the fake social media life lived by many but by IMPACT especially. And if this is the case here, I strongly believe Stella whom I do not know from Adam except for her blog, has been impactful with what she is doing here. A good number of her anonymous visitors are actually HNIs, top of the range professionals etc seeking authentic news and info unlike what is found in other blogs. She stands out for her contributions to the social media and blogging space even IF NOT RECOGNIZED OR A 'BILLIONAIRE' yet. She has used her 'little light and meagre ' resources to impact a few Nigerians positively who can attest to her generosity. She is a professional and a combination of both drama and ...which makes her work more interesting and attractive. Her personal life and family is her privacy and that ought to be respected. Her profession has certain demands and we see her playing by the rules carefully here for those who are observant. She is a good and better choice and will surely make so much more money in the now and future. Those who are in so much hurry to "blow and flaunt it" are the reason for our local and global embarrassments without remorse. The worst thing that can happen to any society is having "WOEMEN" as WOMEN who don't see anything wrong with their lifestyle indoors, outside or abroad or it's effect on others. Anyone carrying a Nigerian passport both at home and abroad, must learn to conduct themselves with dignity, decorum and absolute maturity to avoid demarketing our already over battered image which directly or indirectly affects everyone. Anyone who steps into the public space knows the rules. Attention comes with scrutiny. Praise comes with gossip. It’s the price of being publicly known, seen, and heard. And honestly, silence would have served her better.
A dignified refusal to engage always carries more weight than a defensive outburst. Responding the way she did and at this moment, in that tone - only makes the “allegedly” breathe louder.
She could have simply eased back into her space, moved with her circle, and let time clean the air - whether true or false. But we’re all human, and sometimes ego drags us into fights we should have walked past.
So it's no surprise to see Stella dropping her own velvet glove and going ballistic. It's just right for anyone to defend their honour, especially when families are dragged into personal conflicts.
Right or wrong, it is always more honourable to challenge ideas, question notions, or debate issues than to attack people or drag their families into a matter.
You cannot shame the shameless. Stella no get shame.
