On November 6, 2025, she was arrested, detained, and later charged in a court of law on November 10, 2025.
During her detention within just 24 hours she complained of difficulty breathing and swollen legs, saying she needed medical attention. After consideration, authorities allowed her temporary release to visit the hospital, with her lawyer assuring that she would return to court on the 10th.
However, she did not return as promised. Her lawyer stated that her medical condition was more serious than initially thought.
The matter was then adjourned to November 17 but she again failed to appear, insisting she was still receiving medical care.
A new date has now been set for December 1, 2025 and the court has ordered that either she or her lawyer must be present without fail.
