    ‎Now, just a single message from another president, and government just dey run kitikiti katakata, dey try 'fix' tins. So una actually know wetin to do since, una lock up? How do you sit back, and watch your people being killed and tortured, and choose to do nothing? It's extremely unfortunate the kind of country we found ourselves in. Tufiakwa!

      We will continue to call out the irresponsibility of government, until they do the right thing and fix this nation. Sick and tired of the sufferings, lootings and killings.

    Adding ginger, garlic and turmeric to your meal will safe you from a lot health issues.... (me I no always like garlic much)

    Sometimes no be say the medicine/ treatment them, no dey effective na him make people dey fall sick again after series of treatment and test.....

    But sometimes let us watch things we eat and observe how our body reactions to them... as we dey get older some food intolerance fit dey occur too for belle and again our antigens now get power to fight those things we dey eat and escape their perils again......when we dey younger( bacterias)

    Na why I listed those things up 👆 there so that them go strength our immune system....

    As a former medical student ☺( them always dey tell us say its what you ingest not really what you digest)....

    Eat your meal like they are your medication now so that you no go end up taking the other medications with puzzle face for old....agoo

    Lastly exercise well( no be only tatatatata ooo) take some walk plzz and sleep well to restart your system.....( glass of warm water first for morning

    I think we now have longer nights and shorter days. 7:00pm these days and everywhere is already dark. God is wonderful.
    A neighbour's phone was snatched while walking on the road early this morning and pressing it. He said they were on a bike and one of them just snatched it. Said it was like magic as it happened in a flash.. He ran back home and alerted us. Poor guy that is just managing his life, living with his uncle.
    Stop pressing phone on the road.
