AFCON 2025 - Burkina Faso Beats Equatorial Guinea 2-1

In an electrifying AFCON 2025 Group E match, Burkina Faso staged a stunning 2-1 comeback against 10-man Equatorial Guinea. 
The game turned dramatic in stoppage time and Equatorial Guinea took the lead with Marvin Anieboh’s header in the 85th minute (0-1). 


Burkina Faso fought back, with György Minoungou equalizing in the 90+5th minute (1-1). 
Three minutes later, Edmond Tapsoba sealed the win with a header in the 90+8th minute (2-1).
