Oswin Appollis put South Africa ahead in the 21st minute with a skillful shot after beating two defenders. Angola fought back to equalize before halftime, making it 1-1, but Lyle Foster sealed the win in the 79th minute with a shot into the top right corner.
This result extends South Africa’s impressive 26-match unbeaten streak.
