Media Personality Daddy Freeze Says Rapper Jesse Jagz Needs Help For Substance Abuse

Media personality Daddy Freeze shared a video on Instagram urging and advising rapper Jesse Jagz to seek help for apparent substance abuse issues.

The video shows Daddy Freeze expressing genuine concern for Jesse Jagz well being following his chaotic appearance on Daddy Freeze's live stream on December 3,2025.
During the live stream, which initially focused on discussions about singer Tuface'  personal and marital struggles, Jesse Jagz made an uninvited appearance, prompting Freeze to intervene and eventually end the session.

Freeze revealed that Jesse Jagz had previously sent urgent voice notes via WhatsApp, pleading to join the live stream to support Tuface' health and mentioned past conflicts with Blackface and a desire to defend 2Baba, but his behavior on air suggested deeper issues. Freeze stated, "Jesse Jagz, joke apart, you need help. You need help even more than the 2Baba."

    1. He sounded like a washed up junk-e and looked like an unwashed vagrant. His brain was fluttering and his words nearly incoherent. He seemed to be calling in from a dr000000gg joint but still had no idea how to follow promotings for the live. Even his grandiose ideas of going to ABUJA to go and rescue Tuface when he himself needs white garment church deliverance.

Did his brother watch that love because as wretched as Jesse is, he even had groupies who are on the same path. Are his parents aware of his he has set his life on 🔥? .

Is his brother aware of his condition? If MI needs wifely support for the basics how can he take charge of Jesse's care or at least offer support?

  4. What a time we are living in, science and technology have never been greater than at this moment; yet, we are dealing with a global mental health epidemic, domestic violence epidemic, loneliness epidemic, child abuse epidemic, human trafficking epidemic, organ trafficking epidemic, seck trafficking epidemic, pedofilia epidemic, on the brink of poverty epidemic, family breakdown epidemic, substance abuse and addiction crises. Seems like ain't shyt going good for a great many people on the planet right now. Humans have fckd shyt up on Earth yet again, which means only one thing, a sweeping correction is loading. I swear, if one spaceship of aliens come to take my azz I am running to the ship and ain't looking back at warp speed.

Dude, go get your help for your needs, whatever they are, don't end up a statistic!

    1. How many years ago did Jargo play on the airwaves? This is the problem with buying the lie that you are special. Do Amy Winehouse, Fela's and Majek's fans not rave for other people now?

  7. I saw the video, and it's so sad. What is going on in the society and what exactly do they gain in this substance abuse? Jesse is so messed up and almost unrecognisable. I hope he and his like get help.

  8. It is not a secret in the city of Jos anymore. The guy is just a pitiable mess. Living on past glory and fame, hiding from the brutal reality that he isn't it anymore. How long can he continue? I'm sure MI has tried intervening to no avail.

Success and fame are nothing if they can't be leveraged to bigger opportunities. Ice Prince is doing very well for himself and that's someone who was literally picking the crumbs that fell off Jesse's table.

    1. From reports from the mother of his child, I'll say Ice Prince is feeding himself but not doing well. Even his son isn't benefitting much.

You're also a performer. You can tell when a shell actually contains a snail or just looks like it.

Jesse is known for a few songs. If MI has to hang boots and behave to eat even after that banger debut album, Jesse is joking to think he can ride a few songs for life.

    2. Anon 👆. Who do you think produced all those MI and Ice Prince hits? It was Jesse Jagz. He was Chocolate City’s in house producer.

    3. You pay your producer on e. It's the label and the artist that makes the money from shows.

  9. I saw the live and jesse wasn't coherent. He didn't say a word that could be understood.
But also, a lot of young celebs from this generation, film themselves abi go live acting this way, that I thought it was a young people trend or something.

The thing about addiction to substance abuse, especially that version that comes from injury or an illness that rook so long to heal, is that it needs a lot of love and patience to stop it.
Isolation doesn't help yet public humiliation like public call outs may drive the user even further Iin the habit because they internalize that feeling of condemnation&hopelessness.
    It needs love and patience

  12. 99% of Nigerian artist, especially musicians do drugs. "It gives them inspiration" and probably help them perform best. Other celebrities also do drugs, let's say 85%.

I wonder the gains they all get from getting higher than Kite 🪁 and Eagle 🦅.

Drugs have eaten into the fabric of some youth and older adults
It’s some exasperating and it’s worrisome in the long run cos the future generations depends on this present one

Shebi, if he didn't have the money nor the fame, he wouldn't have gotten to the state really saumy he's at. There would've been a limit to t by madness, so to speak.
