DeleteReminds me of my neighbour in school, he and his girlfriend would fight and break bottles , pick knives and threaten to kill each other. I ran away from the house because of their fight. They later broke up, I was glad they did. He was later using his fellow cultists to threaten the girl. She had to leave the school for a semester until he and the rest were later arrested by police and locked up after killing a lecturer.. I hate toxic relationships. Even neighbours, I hate toxic ones who fight every now and then.

ReplyDeleteAirfried plantain and vegetables
Beans infused with ugwu and uziza leaves, stew and airfried fish
Airfried potatoes and unripe plantain with carrot sauce and fish
White rice infused with grated coconut and carrots, boiled eggs, and stew
Rice and beans, beans ratio should be higher, carrot and cabbage sauce
Moimoi, fish, coleslaw with little to no cream
Unripe plantain and stew
Boiled potatoes and carrot sauce.
Agoyin beans and oilless vegetable( efo riro)
Eba infused with Chia seeds/ grated coconut and oil less okro with lots of ugwu and uziza leaves
Pounded potatoes and unripe plantain with oilless vegetables
Stewed airfried fish with coleslaw with little to no cream.
Spaghetti with lots of vegetables( carrots, cabbage and green pepper). The vegetable ratio should be higher.
White rice and pepper soup with lots of uziza and scent leaves
Ofada rice and stew
Jollof rice made with ofada
Fried rice made with ofada/ quinoa
Breakfast
Oats, with diced bananas, diced coconut, coconut/ almond milk, or infuse this in your pap
Oat pancakes
Shawarma made with oat wrap, with minimal cream, lots of vegetables and no sausage.
Sandwich with lots of lettuce, carrots, cucumber and minimal cream
Tigernut milk with lots of ginger and cornflakes

Why am I making this post? I was at the airport this morning waiting for my flight to Abuja looking at my ticket then it down on me that these agbada men we entrusted with power to rule us are doing us more damage than development ajeh.
I remember very well in 2011. I just left the banking sector (Inter now Access Bank)and was preparing for our weeding, my first time to travel by air, that was from Lagos to Abuja by Dana Air and I got two tickets @ #12000 each for myself and wify (then fiance) she has an appointment with the Turkish embassy then. Today traveling by air is no longer for the common man, flight ticket now is somebody's rent for a year.
Back to my earlier charge, let's not give up no matter what we go survive am💪🇳🇬
