    I was still living in lawanson whenJJ okocha married his wife nkechi at SS Mulumba and David Catholic Church Olatilewa/Abayomi street. That Catholic parish was one of the biggest in Surulere. Surulere was on a traffic standstill cause of VIPs then cause it was at the peak of his career.

    Now now the pikin don grow to be wife. God is great. Their home is blessed.

    I remember too when I had a shop on folawiyo Bankole street off Kilo. Mike Ezuruonye got married at one methodist abi Anglican Church in that street.That was my first time of seeing Timaya, he was one of his groomsmen, he was popping champagne in an open roof Escalade and pouring the contents on passersby and touts running after their convoy.

      Ss Mulumba n David was My Parish then too . Was at the Church that day to catch a glimpse too. Still remember the song people were chanting with the wife's name 'Nkechi too stubborn, Okocha flog am well well, Nkechi too stuborn'🤣🤣
