IBOP Leader Nnamdi Kanu's Transfer Request Struck Out By Federal High Court.
The Federal High Court in Abuja struck out Nnamdi Kanu’s application to be transferred from Sokoto Correctional Centre on 27 January 2026, ruling the motion incompetent. Justice James Kolawole Omotosho made the order after procedural defects and a breakdown in the legal team’s ability to prosecute the motion.
