I've been looking for my favourite raisin cereal, chocolate,wines even coffee and it's so disappointing going to supermarkets and seeing the bare minimum, same old same old? For instance where in Lagos can I find Beanie coffee??? Delicious marshmallows, cinnamon pretzels, cheese sticks etc etc 😭 Help!!!

How can my sis be happy again? Ever since she was diagnosed of large fibroids and that the only treatment the gynecologist suggested is the removal of the fibroids through surgery.. She has been cold to everyone .
ReplyDeleteFibroids is not a dead sentence na, she should be happy is not cancer or any disease without solution. She should arrange to take it out if the doctors has asked her to do that. She should get supplements that can help her to control the crises. She should stay strong, look for best ways to feel better. A lot of women out there are going through same thing but they doing working everything possible to strong, stay alive, manage it and take goo care of their selves.
DeleteShe should also check out for things to take that can slow the growth, reduce painful feelings.
Encourage her to not let any illness steal her spirit. You can be sick but the sickness doesn’t have to have you. Depression can happen and maybe she is worried about cost of surgery or her own mortality. Please reinforce love and support. Get her involved in life again, show her she is valued and needed

Please fam how do I preserve my fresh tomatoes when I'm not ready to use it?
ReplyDeleteThing is, whenever I blend and put in the freezer, when I'm ready to use it it becomes watery due to the ice and it makes me boil it before use thereby wasting my gas 🤦🏼♀️.
Please what better way can I preserve it without having water in it ?
What about not blending and preserving them in the refrigerator for later use? It keeps them absolutely fresh and tasty!!
DeleteYou can still blend the tomato and boil it and store in airtight containers before putting in the freezer. In bottles if you really boil it dry with some oil you can store in glass bottles without freezing it.
DeleteMaybe take the skin off and purée in the blender first then freeze the puree

DeleteSlice and lay them face up in your baking oven tray.
DeleteBake on lowest heat for 45 mins. Do not allow to burn.
Allow to cool and dry out moist for 1hour then blend smoothly.
Store like bean flour in glass jar till end of year.
who have been able to treat infections with antibiotics which Involves injection drips, insertions and orals. I have done several test and taken all the drugs there plus change of under wears still suffering for same thing. Please recommend the antibiotics you took that cleared yours.
ReplyDeletePlease try jigsimur or Jinja. It’s sold in pharmacies. Or look for Turaka on TikTok he’s a herbalist he’ll give you infection flusher. Also check if you have ulcer then take rabeprqzol or omeprazole for the ulcer

15:01, have you taken the red and black antibiotic capsule? I don’t know what the name of it is but back in the 80s, that pill was what many women used to clear up those issues and it always worked for them.

Fridge and freezers are sold according to their litres and I can’t just give you a random price if I don’t know how many litres you are looking at..
